The game "Agentur für Karriere" is designed to introduce children and teenagers aged 13-15 to various apprenticeship professions and impart knowledge about them. This serious game aims to educate players about different career paths while ideally assisting them in their potential future career choices or at least providing them with a solid knowledge base. Our game aims to be both fun and informative, ensuring that players enjoy themselves while learning valuable information.

Zukunftsfuchs tasked us with developing a game to teach young students about the 250 apprenticeships available in Germany. The game needs to be quick to play during school breaks, cover as many apprenticeships as possible, and be fun and engaging without feeling like an exercise.

As Producer:

Created pipelines and structures to guide the team towards set deadlines and key deliverables.

Organised and hosted the Scrum Rituals to create visibility on the team's progress and together find ways to improve.

Set up and onboarded the team to Kanban and iterated together through collaborative feedback.

Conducted Cost Calculation and managed Sprints to stay on budget (8.700€ mtl.)
